El Comienzo Del Viaje Sin Fin
Life is a continuous journey filled with a myriad of experiences. As the Quarter draws to a close, I've thought deeply of the experiences I've gained and the challenges I had to face in such a short time. It seems like classes started yesterday, but two and a half months have already gone by in the blink of an eye.
I've noticed that I am not able to keep up with the pace in our lessons in Basic Electronics compared to my classmates, maybe its simply due to the fact that I truly find the Lessons hard to process because I have less interest in them. I also had a hard time understanding some of our Lessons in ICT 10 especially on the timelines. Perhaps it is just because I kind of dislike lessons that addresses the past. Since, you can only learn from the past and present, not the future, I recognize and understand the value of understanding the background, chronology, and influential figures of the internet and those who helped to establish the foundation for our technologies.
We've also faced problems not only individually but problems that involve the entire class as well. Such as getting scolded by our class Advisor. Throughout the First Quarter, I discovered the immense value of open communication and compromise. Open communication is the cornerstone of any thriving community, and our classroom is no exception. In the initial weeks of the quarter, I began to realize that when we, as students, freely expressed our thoughts, questions, and concerns, it created an atmosphere of understanding and collaboration. Through dialogue and discussion, we could dissect complex topics, share different perspectives, and collectively arrive at solutions to challenges that arose.
Being elected as the class president is an honor, but it's also a role that comes with its fair share of challenges and responsibilities. Over my tenure as a class president, I've come to realize that the journey is far from straightforward. It's a role that demands resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to serve one's peers. One of the most significant struggles I encountered was the weight of expectations. When elected, there's an innate pressure to excel, to be a role model, and to lead by example. I often questioned whether I was making the right decisions or living up to the ideals of leadership that were expected of me. The fear of disappointing my classmates was a constant battle.
Moreover, dealing with diverse opinions and conflicting interests within the class was a recurring challenge. Not everyone would agree with the decisions I made or the direction I wanted to take. It taught me the importance of diplomacy and communication. I had to learn to listen to my classmates, understand their concerns, and find common ground. It wasn't always easy, but it was a crucial part of the role.
I also encountered moments of self-doubt. As the class president, I sometimes felt isolated and questioned whether I was truly making a difference. There were times when I wondered if my efforts were in vain. It was during these moments that I had to remind myself of my initial commitment to serve and lead my class to the best of my abilities. However, amidst these struggles, I discovered the true essence of leadership. I learned that leadership is not about perfection; it's about perseverance. It's about being willing to face challenges head-on, to accept that you will make mistakes, and to use those experiences as opportunities for growth. Being a class president taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of teamwork. The journey of being a class president is not without its difficulties, but it's a journey that offers valuable life lessons.
These problems and challenges made us grow mentally, and its those problems that have deepened our once unknown bond together as a whole. I now consider 10-Maxwell as my second home.
All in all, after the First Quarter of Four, I can say that being a grade 10 student is very hard. Struggling with the never ending works, quizzes and activities. Living with the high hopes and expectations of everyone around you. But I know my potential and I'll use all of my potential not just for myself but also for the people I hold dear. I'm going to break free from these repulsive habits that have held me down and reach even greater heights than I ever thought possible.
As I set my sights on the next chapter of this educational odyssey, I am mindful that the journey is just as important as the destination. I understand that each challenge I encounter is an opportunity for personal and intellectual evolution, and I welcome them with enthusiasm. My passion for learning and my determination to make a meaningful impact in this world fuel my aspirations, and I am determined to continue writing a story of growth, resilience, and success.
I'll embrace the future with open arms and an unshakeable resolve. With gratitude for the lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the opportunities that await, I am ready to make each quarter a masterpiece in the grand narrative of my academic journey.

A Better Future For Us
The state of our ecosystem is at a crossroads. Climate change, deforestation, pollution, and biodiversity loss are urgent challenges that require our immediate attention. Inaction has far-reaching implications that influence not only the natural environment but also human cultures and economies. It is our moral and ethical responsibility to protect the environment for ourselves, future generations, and the other animals who inhabit our world.
As Citizens, and especially as Students, we should be the fire that lights the path for others into protecting the environment we stand on today.
